Investigation revealed the root cause was NIK duplication due to electronic KTP system changes and previous address migrations, causing database name overlaps between different customers. BRI Unit Cibaliung met directly with Mr. Ari Artajaya, confirmed his name is free of debt obligations, and submitted a data correction request to ensure accurate record updating. BRI assured that data in the OJK Financial Services System (SLIK) or BI Checking will be promptly synchronized, reaffirming its commitment to Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and the protection of customer and community data accuracy.
